Presentation at the JDV international conference

I made a presentation on "Psychospiritual perspectives on the Other" at the International conference, “Befriending the Other,” held at Jnana Deepa Vidyapeeth, Ramwadi, Pune 411014, Maharashtra, India. The presentation was today, November 26, 2015. There was a fair representation of participants in the audience and I appreciate the questions presented by them. Pastoral counseling course at Vidyajyoti, Delhi

I was invited to my Alma Mater, Vidyajyoti to teach a course on Pastoral counseling, to the third year students of theology. It was a wonderful educative experience teaching 68 students. They really interacted well, and I appreciate their interest in the subject, although it was a very intense program.

Back from Rome

I was in Rome recently to attend a conference on "Building a culture of safeguarding in our Provinces and Regions" at the Pontificia Universita Gregoriana. It was an intense three days. I did get a chance to see a bit of Rome, while walking to and from from the Canisio to the Gregorian. Two highlights were that I could pray at the tomb of St, Ignatius, at the Gesu, and get a photo with the general. Also, not to mention that I was staying just across th

Returned from Mysore

I returned from the beautiful campus of the Pallotine Theologate in Mysore, after conducting a course on "Ethics of Child Protection." It was for the deacons, there were 29 of them from the three provinces in India. It was pretty intense, but they soldiered on. Here is an attached picture of their campus.
